I‘d like to create a GlobalGeoTag by my own - what do I have to do?
Well if not already done - you need to register first. Creating the GlobalGeoTag is pritty simple. When logging in as a registered user you will find a wizard that guides you through the steps creating the tag.

What happens when scanning a GlobalGeoTag?
The scanner will transform the information coded as ,chess pattern‘ on the GlobalGeoTag into a URL including the global position (latitude, longitude) and a unique identifier. Our GlobalGeoTag servers will take those information and prepare the appropriate feedback for you.
Am I able to share the information of a GlobalGeoTag?
Since the information stored on a GlobalGeoTag is a certain kind of an URL you can forward bookmark or store it the same way you would do with a standard URL. How to handle bookmarks for instance is depending on the browser and computer or mobile device you are actually using.
I saw a GlobalGeoTag - what‘s that good for and what can I do with it?
A GlobalGeoTag is a new way to get information about the location or building or site or whatever you found the GlobalGeoTag on.
You typically need a smartphone or a simmilar device with a scanner-app on it. A list of scanner-apps can be found > here.

I do not have a GPS device - how do I get the position for creating my GlobalGeoTag?
When logged in as registered user - the GlobalGeoTag-wizard offers you wether to pick the exact position from a map or type in the position picked from any other source.
Is there a way to use the GlobalGeoTag for our maintenance-service group?
